
Enrollment Steps
We’re excited to welcome new families to Chonghwa Montessori. To make enrollment clear and supportive, we follow the steps below.

Schedule a Tour First
Before registering, we ask all families to visit us in person. If possible, please bring your child and family members—seeing the classroom together often helps everyone feel more confident about the fit.
Before your visit, you may find many helpful details on our website (tuition, daily schedule, and school calendar). Of course, you’re also welcome to email us anytime. During the tour, please feel free to share your questions or concerns, we’re always happy to explain how our program works and how we support each child.

Register After the Tour
If you decide to move forward after the tour, we will invite you to complete the registration form and submit the registration fee. Once we receive both, your child will be added to our waiting list.

Waiting List & Start Date Updates
When a space becomes available or when we approach the start timeline we discussed, we will reach out to confirm next steps. Usually we are able to provide a start date update about 1–2 months in advance.

Enrollment Packet & Preparation
After the start date is confirmed, we will send you the enrollment packet, including required forms, tuition details, and a list of materials to prepare before the first day.

A Pre-Start Visit to Help Your Child Transition
Before your child begins, we may schedule one more visit. This short follow-up helps your child become familiar with the classroom and can make the first day feel calmer and more comfortable.

Final Confirmation Before the Start Date
To hold the reserved start date, please complete all required forms and tuition payments at least one week before your child’s first day. If enrollment requirements are not completed on time, we may need to release the reserved start date and offer the opening to the next family on the waiting list.
